1. In Which Situations Must an Asset Declaration Be Submitted?
Upon appointment to our University (together with the documents required to commence duty); whenever there is a significant change in the personal assets of the employee, their spouse, and children under their custody; and, in years ending in (0) and (5), by the end of February at the latest, employees are required to renew their Asset Declarations. In the cases specified in the Regulation on Submitting Asset Declarations (Mal Bildiriminde Bulunulması Hakkında Yönetmelik), the persons concerned must submit their Asset Declarations to their unit of assignment; the units shall forward them by official cover letter to the Personnel Department.
