1. I Would Like to Obtain a Certificate Stating That I Am Employed at the Institution. What Should I Do?
Academic staff who wish to obtain a Certificate of Employment (Görev/Çalışma Belgesi):
If serving on the Rectorate staff, apply to the Personnel Department.
If serving in other units, apply to your own unit.
If the requesting institution requires approval by the top executive, you may apply directly to the Personnel Department.
Administrative staff should submit their requests to the Personnel Department.
2. I Would Like to Obtain a Service Certificate. What Should I Do?
Academic/administrative staff currently employed at our University should apply to the Personnel Department for an approved Service Certificate (Onaylı Hizmet Belgesi).
Note: Since many institutions accept barcoded e-Government (e-Devlet) printouts, staff may ask the recipient institution whether such documents are accepted. If so, it is also possible to submit the “HİTAP Service Record” obtained from one’s e-Devlet account.
